Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is hiring for part-time ABA positions designed for flexible students and newcomers. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, support skill-building, and record data as part of a collaborative clinical team.

No prior experience is required, and evening or afternoon hours fit many student schedules. We encourage enrolling in the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course and expect a minimum 6-month commitment to ensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team and implement care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage families.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
