Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks dedicated ABA professionals to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions, track progress, and collaborate with families and clinical staff.

No prior experience required; part-time schedules with afternoon/evening hours, opportunities to learn the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community locations.
• Implement skill-building and care plans with evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to support treatment effectiveness.
