Job summary

Heartland ABA in Kansas seeks entry-level part-time ABA technicians to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community locations. You will implement evidence-based interventions, collect session data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team.

No prior experience is required; full training is provided including the 40-hour RBT course. A reliable transportation method and a compassionate, sturdy approach help you make a meaningful difference in children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
