Job summary

Building Connections Behavioral Health, INC. is hiring a Behavior Interventionist to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children and teens (ages 0-21) in homes, schools, and community settings. You’ll help build independence, teach life skills, and support families with ongoing supervision from BCBAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred; willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy at home, in schools, or in the community.
• Teach communication, social, play, and self-help skills.
• Implement behavior support plans and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and provide parent education.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment.

Skills

RBT certification (preferred)

Experience with autism (preferred)

Reliable transportation

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Bachelor's in related field (preferred)
