Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking a Part-Time ABA Therapist in Union, NJ to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include parent training, progress monitoring, and maintaining thorough records while working with a multidisciplinary team to stay current with best practices and approaches in ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience working with children with ASD is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement client-centered ABA treatment plans with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct initial assessments and monitor progress toward goals.
• Provide parent training and support to reinforce skills at home and in natural environments.
• Maintain accurate client records including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to stay current with best practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
