Yellow Bus ABA is hiring for an ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician in New York. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD, under supervision, focusing on reducing challenging behaviors and building new skills.

The role is part-time with afternoon hours Monday–Friday, offering growth through RBT certification and ongoing training, in an in-person setting. You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with BCBA/LBA supervisors to ensure quality care while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification with company support.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Strong communication and data collection skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and accept feedback.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in person.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies.
• Collect and document data on client progress and behaviors.
• Support development of communication, social, adaptive, and play skills.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure consistency of care.
• Build rapport with clients and families while staying professional.
• Attend trainings, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
