Job summary

Yellow Bus ABA provides ABA therapy to children with ASD across New York State, offering a part-time, client-based role with afternoon hours (3:00 PM–8:00 PM). Under supervision, you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy and monitor progress using data collection.

We welcome entry-level candidates; RBT certification is supported, and the position includes competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and pathways for growth and certification support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification supported by Yellow Bus ABA.
• Entry-level candidates encouraged; prior ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in person.
• Implement treatment plans and behavior strategies under supervision.
• Collect and document client progress and behaviors accurately.
• Support development of communication, social, adaptive, and play skills.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure consistent care.
• Build rapport with clients and families while maintaining professionalism.
• Follow clinical, ethical, and safety guidelines; attend trainings and meetings.
