Job summary

BK Behavior seeks caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans under supervision, recording progress with electronic devices, and maintaining a supportive learning environment for children with autism.

Join a collaborative clinical team, work with families, and coordinate with BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness. Training is provided; prior ABA experience is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness
