BK Behavior is seeking caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community locations.

No prior ABA experience is required; comprehensive training is provided, and candidates must complete the 40-hour RBT course. Positions start part-time with flexible afternoon/evening hours to support families and foster independence. You will work with a clinical team, implement skill-building plans, and record session data to monitor progress.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Mansioni

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
