BK Behavior is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will implement skill-building plans and contribute to data collection while collaborating with a clinical team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working (must be obtained prior to start).
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans directly.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
