Alongside ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA. The role involves data collection and helping build communication, social, and daily living skills.

This year-round, part-time position offers hours from 2pm to 7pm, with a $600 sign-on bonus for hires starting Oct 15, 2026, and work across school, home, and clinic environments.

Qualifications

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data and track progress using approved software.
• Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively in school, home, and clinic settings.
• Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA direction.
• Collect and record accurate session data using Boost/HiRasmus.
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors, families, and team members.
• Participate in required training, meetings, and supervision hours.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
• Respond to challenging or unsafe behaviors per training.
