Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 in Chanute, KS is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. The role offers part-time hours (Mon-Fri 12pm-3pm) with paid training and no prior experience required.

You will work with the clinical team to implement skill-building plans, record session data, and engage with families to support the child’s progress. RBT training is required, with opportunities to collaborate on treatment strategies and celebrate meaningful

Qualifications

• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
