Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking individuals to join our team delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community sites in Turon, Kansas. No prior experience is required as full training is provided.

This role offers flexible part-time hours, afternoon/evening options, and the chance to gain valuable experience in education and behavioral health while making a meaningful difference for children with Autism and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation available.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
