Job summary

Heartland ABA in Overland Park, KS, seeks compassionate individuals for part-time, in-home and community-based ABA roles supporting children with autism. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to promote independence and positive behavior.

No prior experience is required and paid training is provided. Schedule is Monday–Friday after-school hours and some weekend shifts; starting pay ranges from $17 to $25 per

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
