Job summary

Heartland ABA in Kansas is hiring part-time ABA paraprofessionals to deliver one-on-one services in clients' homes and community settings. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within the ABA field and make a real difference in children's lives.

Positions offer flexible afternoon or evening hours, training prior to starting, and a supportive clinical team including BCBA supervision. Join a caring company focused on empowering families and improving outcomes for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Record session data accurately.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team implementing care plans.
