Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving individual goals through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The role emphasizes one-on-one services, collaboration with a clinical team, and accurate data recording, with a flexible, part-time schedule in home or community settings.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, RBT certification, and a passion for helping children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and compassionate toward children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and communicate with families.
