Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in achieving individualized goals through evidence-based ABA services. This role emphasizes one-on-one client work, collaboration with a clinical team, and accurate data collection in home or community settings.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a passion for helping children with Autism, and a patient, compassionate demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is preferred/required before working in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Work as part of a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
