Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Need to know: Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
• All positions start off part time; six-month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Support independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
