Job summary

Heartland ABA in Council Bluffs IA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will implement skill-building plans, support independence, and work within a dedicated clinical team to help children reach their goals.

Paid training is provided. This role offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling, and opportunities to earn hours toward BCBA schooling programs as you grow with our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
