Job summary

Heartland ABA in Shelby, IA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team on a part-time basis. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing skill-building plans and recording progress as part of a clinical team.

Training is provided, and the role offers flexibility with part-time hours, growth opportunities within ABA, and a supportive team dedicated to improving outcomes for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
