Heartland Behavior seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, record progress, and collaborate with a clinical team to support each child’s goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• RBT certification required before working.

• Serve as a core part of the clinical team for skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
