Job summary

Heartland Behavior in Iowa is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in home and community settings. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, document progress, and collaborate with a clinical team to promote independence and positive behavior.

We offer paid training, same-day pay options, and pathways to BCBA schooling for growth. There is no minimum caseload, and you can choose cases that fit your strengths and schedule.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
