Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in Union, Missouri. Positions are part-time with flexible hours and a strong focus on delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and an active RBT certification, with a passion for making a difference. Training is provided, and there are growth opportunities within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
