Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking qualified RBTs for part-time ABA positions in Union, Missouri. Helpers will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing skill-building plans and data collection as part of a clinical team.

All roles start part-time with a 6-month commitment. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist within the growing ABA practice. Join a supportive team focused on improving outcomes for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification must be obtained before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
