Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking an enthusiastic Developmental Support RBT to join our Paxton area team for part-time, in-home ABA services. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based one-on-one interventions and supporting each child’s goals within their family setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: RBT certification and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience, compassion and strong communication with families.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Assist with implementing skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
