Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our Kansas City team. We value a long-term commitment (minimum 6 months) and offer flexible part-time hours to support clients with autism through evidence-based ABA interventions.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and an RBT certification. You will work one-on-one with clients in homes or community settings, record session data, and collaborate with our clinical team to help clients reach their goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
