BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, implementing evidence-based interventions under supervision.

This part-time opportunity offers flexibility, professional advancement through BCBA programs, and a collaborative clinical team. RBT certification is required, with training provided for committed individuals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
