Job summary

HeartlandBehavior in the United States is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our caring ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, support skill-building, and work closely with families to help children achieve their goals.

We offer same-day pay, flexible part-time hours, opportunities for advancement through BCBA partnerships, and a supportive clinical team. Training is provided, with a six-month commitment encouraged.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
