Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing skill-building and care plans with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
