BK Behavior in Nebraska is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients at home and in community settings. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services and help clients reach their goals.

This role offers paid training, a part-time schedule, and the chance to work with a dedicated clinical team. RBT certification is required before working, and experience with autism is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Passion for helping children with Autism.
• Willingness to learn and stay patient in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
