BK Behavior in Nebraska is seeking a seasoned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team and support clients in achieving their goals.

Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, with flexible part-time schedules and paid training. You will record session data, contribute to care plans, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to promote progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification required before working; patient and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
