Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks enthusiastic RBTs for part-time, in-home ABA services. You will provide one-on-one ABA support, implement skill-building plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to help clients achieve goals.

Responsibilities include accurate data recording and fostering positive family engagement. Training is available, with opportunities to grow within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
