Job summary

Heartland ABA in Creston, IA is hiring a Behavioral Support & Life Skills Specialist (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes and community settings. All positions start part-time, with flexible schedules, Same Day Pay, and paid training, plus a supportive clinical team and opportunities for advancement in the thriving ABA field.

Qualifications include an RBT certification prior to working, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a passion for helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
