Job summary

Heartland ABA in Pleasantville, IA is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Support & Life Skills Specialist (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community locations. You’ll implement skill-building plans, support independence, and collaborate with our clinical team to help children reach their goals.

This role starts part-time with flexible hours and offers paid training, opportunities for advancement, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
