Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings across Iowa. Part-time positions with flexible schedules and same-day pay help fit your life.

No experience? No problem—paid training is provided. A High School diploma or equivalent and RBT certification are required before working. You’ll join a supportive clinical team dedicated to helping children with autism achieve meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and behavior change.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
