Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking a Child Autism Support Professional (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings in Iowa. You will implement skill-building plans and monitor progress under supervision, promoting independence and positive behavior.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a willingness to learn, and compassionate, patient demeanor. RBT certification is required before working; most positions start part-time with a 6-month commitment.
