Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services in clients' homes or community settings. No prior experience required; paid training is provided, and positions start part-time with flexible afternoon or evening hours.

You will work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building plans, record data, and support families. Must complete the 40 Hour RBT training before working and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
