Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring a Superhero Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings in the Denver area. You will work with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans, recording data as part of ongoing progress.

This part-time opportunity welcomes individuals who are passionate about helping children with Autism, with paid training and the chance to grow within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
