BK Behavior in Topeka, KS seeks caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations after 4pm, Monday through Friday. No prior experience required; paid training and 40-hour RBT preparation are provided to help you start strong.

This role offers part-time hours with competitive $17–$25 per hour pay, flexible scheduling for students, and a supportive clinical team focused on helping children with Autism develop new skills and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
