Job summary

BK Behavior in Kansas City, KS is seeking dedicated individuals to join our ABA team delivering one-on-one services to children with autism in home or community settings. This role offers part-time hours in the afterschool window, with paid training and no prior experience required.

You will implement evidence-based ABA strategies, collect session data, and collaborate with families to support skill development and positive behavior. Transportation is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
