Job summary

ABA 360 is seeking DSPs to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients\' homes or community locations in Butler, NJ. This part-time role is an entry point into ABA, with no prior experience required and a 6-month commitment. You\'ll be part of a clinical team with flexible, after-school or evening hours.

We encourage taking the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course. Same-day pay is available to support your financial needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with Autism.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
