Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings, helping children reach their goals with evidence-based interventions. You will work closely with our clinical team to implement plans and track progress.

Requirements include a High School diploma, willingness to learn, patience and calm demeanor; RBT certification is required before starting.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification before starting.
• Willingness to learn and work with children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
