Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician Therapist to support children in-home and in-center with ABA-based therapy. Immediate openings available with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–8:00 PM and optional Saturdays based on client needs.

The role offers paid training, RBT certification support, and guaranteed 15–20 hours per week, along with mileage reimbursement, PTO, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Valid Driver's license, car insurance, and own vehicle are required.
• Comfortable with active, floor-based interaction with young children is expected.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 3 to 16 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children develop skills through play, movement, games, and hands-on activities.
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to help each child reach their goals.
