Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, working 1:1 with clients to build communication, social, and independence skills under supervision. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs, collect data on treatment goals, and collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends
• Experience and passion for helping children and families

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
