Job summary

Heartland Behavior seeks compassionate individuals to join our ABA team, delivering one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings. This part-time role starts with a 6-month commitment and requires completing the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.

No prior ABA experience is required; full training is provided, enabling growth within a supportive clinical environment while making a meaningful difference for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.
