Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Springfield, IL seeks a part-time Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy to children with autism, with training to become an RBT.

You will work 1:1 in home or community settings under supervision of a BCBA, track progress, and help develop communication and social skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population is required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs for youth in home or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Work under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide feedback on progress to supervisor.
• Support teaching of communication, self-help, social skills and targeted goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policy and protect patient confidentiality.
