Job summary

We are hiring a Child Behavior Support Specialist to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, with data recording and collaboration with families and the clinical team.

No experience required; full training offered. Most positions start part-time with flexible afternoon or evening hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
