Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. The role offers paid training to earn an RBT certification and ongoing support from a skilled clinical team.

We are targeting candidates looking for part-time opportunities who value making a lasting impact on children with autism and are willing to commit at least six months to the role. Training and supervision will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided by Heartland Behavior.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and build meaningful connections with families.
