Job summary

Heartland ABA is recruiting for an entry-level, part-time role supporting children with Autism in home and community settings. You will receive full training and work with a dedicated clinical team to implement ABA techniques, collect data, and help families.

No prior experience is required; HS diploma or equivalent is enough, and the program is friendly to college students seeking flexible afternoon or evening hours. Compensation is $17-$25 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• 40 Hour RBT Training must be completed before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a member of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment.
