Overview

USU Eastern is seeking a part-time A/V Tech to support audio and lighting needs during events. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with basic experience or interest in theater tech, live sound, or lighting systems. Evening and weekend hours may be required and are based on event schedules.

This position involves working in a theater and event setting, often in low-light or loud environments. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and staying focused during live productions. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position, including lifting up to 25 pounds, walking and standing. Employees must adhere to safety precautions and may be required to use protective equipment.
