Job summary

Utah State University is seeking a part-time A/V Tech to support audio and lighting needs during events at USU Eastern in Price. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals with basic theater tech, live sound, or lighting experience, and evening or weekend hours may be required.

You will assist with running lights or sound boards, help customers, follow supervision, perform basic equipment checks, and help maintain gear. This role is non-benefited, hourly, with a start at $13.50 per hour.

This position involves working in a theater and event setting, often in low-light or loud environments. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and staying focused during live productions. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position, including lifting up to 25 pounds, walking and standing.
